The Supplemental Job Displacement Benefits (SJDB) comes in the form of a non-transferable voucher that can be used to pay for education retraining or skill enhancement at state-approved or accredited schools.
If you qualify, you should receive the voucher form from the claims administrator. You may qualify for additional payments from the Return to Work Supplemental Program.
Employees injured on or after January 1st 2013, with injuries that result in permanent partial disability, and whose employer does not offer other regular, modified or alternative work, may also qualify for the SJDB voucher.
